My thoughts exactly. Tone down on the sheen, and it would be quite nice.

I like the carbon fiber, but if I got this kit, I wouldn't put all of it on. Too much CF for my taste.

Regardless, nobody makes the "real" molded CF parts for the 07 yet, and Kenny already knows that once those come out I'm first in line.

In the meantime, this really darkens the interior and gets rid of the aluminum, which does look out of place in my car. To whoever doesn't like it, tough *******... do what you want with your car.
Exactly... I don't have to like it. The important thing is that you like it.

It looks like cheap plastic. I think the washi aluminum looks MUCH better. I also like the somewhat flat finish on the G's with the wood trim too. The shiney plastic looking wood is one of the biggest things that turned me off of the Lexus.

the good thing about this kit is that it IS a full kit...i think a lot of ppl were complaining about titan's CF kit cause it was only the cd changer area...now it seems there are some who believe this one has too much...personally, i like the fact that it is a full kit...you can never have too much fiber

I hear ya.. Mine is gonna be a full kit. Minus the CF on the AC vents... im not feeling that all. Im gonna put it on the washi trims only.

Cool!! If all goes well, I should have my cf interior up and running soon.

P.S. Mine wont have none of that shiny glossy stuff.. and it wont be sticking out like that neither :P

yeah, it's just cheap plastic that sticks on over the existing interior.
if you're not replacing pieces it won't look good at all.
but for the price, what do you expect?

Dash Kits....New?

Dash kits have been around for years, and I'm aware of the CF kits for at
least 4 years....nothing to get excited about and NOT my thing. WTF I had
a wood dash in my '65 GTO from the factory....real wood not plastic stuck on
stuff. (nice word)
