ok so let me get the straight. im paying $1800 for a pair of 4 piston calipers and the carriers, since we already have 13" rotors. and the other kit is a 14.25" rotor with 6 piston calipers. imo thats more worth my money BUT niether are necessary for street, unless you have money to spare and want it for looks only (and if thats the case im taking paypal donations )

i think good pads (hawk hps, only cuz i have previous experience with them), some slotted rotors, ss brake lines and good brake fluid shoud be enough. for now.

For a daily driver, BBK's are never necessary. But they look SWEET and will help on autocross's/track days.

Looks like these are all front kits, which they say unbalances braking (and actually can REDUCE braking efficiency) by putting too much load on the front...

I can see upgrading to the 14.25" if you have 19" or larger, but don't think they would fit with stock 18s.

bigger brakes don't have to unbalance the braking ratio. stoptech comes to mind...

Sure - but if you're telling me that a six-piston front BBK won't unbalance the braking force ratio, I'm going to say I disagree...

Changing back brakes too should fix the problem tho.
