After driving my new G35 sedan all day today, I found that the Oh-Jesus handle bothers me more than the low roof. Anybody take their's off?

i'm nearly 6'5" with crazy broad shoulders, and the head clearance is fine for me. the one thing i hate, however, is when i have the seat so far back/reclined, i can't comfortably rest my left arm on the door armrest. the side pillar where the seatbelt is fastened to juts out too far. the side pillar is annoying, it comes about an inch away from my shoulder. sometimes it gets a little claustrophobic for me.

I just checked out a 07 G35 Sport with every option (literally), and my hair does indeed rub against the headliner. I found the same problem with the Honda Accord Coupe but not the sedan. I checked to see if I could get the seat any lower, and then reclined the seat back slightly until it no longer bothered me. It's a very close shave, but the car will go on my top 5 list.

Oh yes; I'm 5'9", and no I don't have a mohawk. Your height really isn't the most reliable indicator of how you will fit a car. An acquaintance of mine is 6'2" and has several cars that fit him well. When I go to drive them I must scoot the seat forward almost a foot, but I actually have to lower the seat or adjust the rear view mirror up. Despite being about 5 inches shorter than him, I sit notably higher in the car than he does. Interestingly, the Honda Coupe has 37.5", the Sedan has 38.3 and the G35 has 39.5 or so. Makes me wonder what they are measuring!

I'm pretty short, but my hair will definitely brush against the roof if I stand on the seat. At 5'8" I have no issues.

I test drove the new CTS for poopz and giggles yesterday and the seats in that thing are made for 5ft-ers! The head rest felt like it was at my shoulders!
