i know most of the cars that have already mentioned this issue have been warm, not cold.... but the symptoms sound similar.
Haven't thought of that...Is there a sticky with all the TSBs?

PRG35S take a look at this

https://g35driver.com/forums/g35-sedan-v36-2007-08/160637-engine-cutting-out-when-cold.html

Yesterday I leave my car on the infiniti maintenance because they didn't have the brake pads!!! I told them about the hessitation when cold.
For your info there is a review on popular mechanics on a 2008 model that has the issue resolved with a new ECU programing. I let you know when it will be avail to our cars.

While this may be related to the cam timing TSB it's a totally different issue. I have the same problem as the original poster. When you first get in the car in the morning and press the starter, the car starts and then idles like a bag of nails. The high rev seems enabled but the car is misfiring. As soon as you stop and restart everything is fine. It seems to me that the cam issue also occurs when driving and this is not the case here. Interestingly enough, my car was fine through the Winter, when it was cold, but seems to struggle more now, when it's warm. The other interesting thing is that this started to happen literally the day after the cars first oil change at the dealership. Only happens the first time you start the car. I plan to mention it to the dealer when I take it in again.
