Paint Chipping

hey guys, i washed my car today and i noticed quite a few rock chips on my bumper also looks like tar from road work... anyone know how remove those lil black specs??

try a bug spray remover....it will probably break down the tar. I also think there are some special stuff in the auto cleaning sections of like wal mart or whatever, that will take care of the tar.

Use a clay bar like "Clay Magic". It works really well at removing all kinds of embedded debris on the car. Make sure you use lots of the lubricant and keep turning the clay over and switching to new pieces often or you will put a ton of micro-scratches on your paint.

Are you sure those little black specs are not the actual color of the unprimed factory bumper?
