There are like 4K in incentives
You just have to get the dealer to part with them.
Just Picked up my G35X BLK/Grap w/ Prem/Nav/Splash/Cargonet/WheelLocks 35101 with .9 percent financing for 60 months. Monthly payment was cheaper than taking the 32101 and 4.9 the best financing I could find.

Awesome deal -- congratulations!!
Could you please tell the dealer name/location? I am trying to get a G35X with the exact same configuration as yours, and unable to get the dealers go down below $36k.....

Metalblaze:
I think you have to target the right dealers in Chicago - I think that's where you're from. My deal:
G35x - premium, navi, splash guards, cargo net, wood trim. MSRP 40,680. Negotiated price: 32,680.
I probably could have pushed a bit to get it down, but the dealer I ended up with was a bit skittish on matching the quote. Fortunately, it was my local dealer so I could play a few cards like, "This is the fourth time I've gone to your dealership first. It would be a shame if you let this one get away like the last three." and "You know I'd prefer to buy from you given my 2 other cars that I'd bring here for service as well." They gave in, but I had to pick up the car on a weekend so they could hide it in the stack of other purchases. I don't think it was a line, because by delaying the sale they could lose it. They seemed pretty surprised at the price I gave them, and said it was below their cost for the vehicle. It may have been a cook/lake county thing, but they charged me the right tax....
I used kbb.com's internet quote request to get the first number from another dealer, and proceeded to shop it around via email. It was such a pleasant experience. I never talked money with anybody in person, in the sweatbox. I met one sales guy so I could decide on the car, and we corresponded via phone and email after that, and only email with the other dealers.
The BEST part was sending an email back to another dealer - "sorry you didn't decide to provide a quote via email. I went with another dealer that did, and will use this in the future."

Thanks a lot for your reply -- much appreciated. I just finished requesting quotes from chicago land dealers, and waiting for their response.
Unless I am wrong, the Infiniti incentives have expired as of 12/01, and I am not aware of whether there has been any change in the December '08 incentives -- I really hope they combine the cash rebates AND low APR -- that would be real sweet deal to pass up!

I'm in NY a decent distance from you, It looks like the incentives stayed the same for December. I've beeen holding on since mid October. I finally convinced myself I didn't think they were going to get any better, Even though a search of autotrader.com of new g35's showed over 400 within a 50 mile radius of me.
