Ok had the G for about six months and haven't been able to figure this out! When I export missing titles to CF then attempt to update via the download from infiniti I get this error message "file access failed". This mesaage appears right after I click search titles. Anyone know what this is? Thanks.

 

Ok just got it. Apparently Vista has a security feature which wont allow the program to automatically upload info from a drive to the internet. Shoulda known. Ran as an administrator and gave it permission. 6 months of selecting songs blindly. Ha!
