New samsung cellphone new bluetooth problems
Well, I just got rid of my nokia 8800 cellphone. It worked fine with bluetooth. Not great, but fine. I now switched carriers to verizon wireless from t mobile. I now have a samsung u740 ( temporarily). The problems I have now is that the signal strength "POOR" according the the infiniti strength meter. As of yesterday, I cannot connect my phone via bluetooth anymore.
Has anyone has this problem?
How do you improve bluetooth reception?
Will the new samsung i760 be better, will it be compatible?
additional info: this is set to the preferred device and the old nokia has been removed off the list.
I am starting to hate my infiniti

I have a U740 w/ Verizon, it syncs fine and reception is good. It even stays connected while I'm out of my car. Funny, I tried to make a call sitting about 15' from the car (running, door open) and I can hear the connection.
Why would you hate your car after 4 month, just because the bluetooth on your crappy verizon phone does not work. Either try a new phone or take the car to the dealership so that can look at it while you enjoy your pannini up in Glencoe.
I have the Samsung Blackjack (AT&T) and it works fine (Phoenix metro). My wife also has a Samsung (not sure of the model) which also connects up fine with the bluetooth system. I have not experienced any dropped calls, or bluetooth connection problems in the 2 months I have owned my car.
