We are planning on taking a trip to Tucson, AZ in the near future. I was playing around with the navigation trying to set an address in Tucson and noticed that Tucson was not in the database when trying to type in the city manually as the destination. However, when I used the voice recognition for setting the destination, I was not only able to set the city but also the address within the city.

Has anybody else experienced this?

You have to change the region in your navi system.

No problem. Hope it worked ok. I ran into the problem the day I bought my car. No one bothered changing the region so it only recognized addresses off the west coast (I live in DC).
