Will ANY Infiniti dealership fix TSB's under waranty?

I'm looking at buying a used '07 G from a non-Infiniti dealer. I should be able to take it to my local dealer for TSB fixes, right?

I don't know for certain, but I don't think TSB are mandatory fixes like recalls are. The car has to actually have the problem before a TSB is applied. Then the TSB would be done under warranty if it still applies at any dealership.

Any service guys here?
