Overhead Monitor

Has anyone installed an overhead DVD/monitor and if so, does it fit/look right? I have two young ones so I'm debating on getting one put it. If not overhead then the headrest one's.

in the g u should go with the headrest lcd's. The problem with the overhead is that they are harder to install and when the monitor is down you are not able to look through the rear view mirror. Go with the headrests...u can ready made ones...with the monitor already installed in the headrest. Just replace and hook it in...looks better too.

just curious, what source are you planning to use for the monitors? And how are you going to hook up sound? (through the factory system?)

There are many options that don't look as great, doesn't require modding your G. Like the "head rest" monitors that just clip/hang/tie onto your head rests and usually they will have a DVD player and headphones. You can get the headrests with the monitor's already put in, but i don't know what source you're going to use for video. Also you can put in your own head rest monitor's for way cheaper than buying them, and it's a lot easier to do than you may think....
