After 7 weeks in rehab following an unfortunate encounter with the deer (pics posted in an earlier thread), my G is back in the garage.
I had a dream last night that I had 3 accidents in my G and decided it was jinxed and sold it. An hour after I picked it up at the body shop - they are body shop gods over there and she is as literally good as new - I dropped it off for winter tires. Unfortunately, the tire shop didn't tighten all the lug nuts and almost dropped a front wheel on the test drive. They patched my up temporarily...I have a new wheel, studs and lock nuts coming FedEx.
Sorry, folks...just had to vent. It sucks being 200 miles from the dealer/parts supplier. And it sucks that all this happened just a few weeks after I took delivery!

That's one of the reason I would never buy a car if the service is not in town.

i'm off at college and my dealership, which is 200 miles away, drove my car down to me after they were done fixing it. who knows if they hot-rodded it or anything though :P
