Anyone resolved pulling/alignment issue?

I have a 2007 Journey, with factory 18" sport tires and wheels.

Car has about 11k on it, for first 5,000 or so miles, tracked perfectly straight, steering was laser precise.

After that, started noticing a slight but persistent pull to the left, ALL THE TIME. In fact, the steering feels a little "heavier" and "number" to the left.

I have NOT hit any significant potholes, etc.

I recently changed out to my snows, and the problem still exists. Check tire pressure on both sets of wheels, that is not the problem.

Dealer claims it is operating within spec, and can't do anything.

I think this is unacceptable, my WIFE notices it, my neighbor (a high level Nissan engineer notices it), etc.

I'm not being picky here, but this is a pretty major thing, the car should track true and straight, and no, this is not due to tramlining, or the crown of the road, none of my other cars do this on a crown (BMWs, Hondas, Acuras, etc.) and this car exhibits the symptom even on perfectly flat roads.

I know others have had this problem, because there was another thread on this topic...

Have any of you had any luck with the dealer correcting the problem?

If so, what worked for you?

Getting really frustrated here...love the car otherwise.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If its within spec, there is no way the car should pull to the left. If it infact aligns within spec on the rack, then its possible you have a funny lower/upper control arm

What's your tire wear like?

Measure the depth of remaining tread at the outside, inside and middle to see if you have an alignment problem. It doesn't just come from bottoming out in a pothole or hitting the curb when you park, it can also come from worn or misaligned parts.

It may also be a brake that's not releasing fully. Do you have uneven brake wear on any of your wheels?

+1, also possibilities. Completely forgot about the brakes, having said that, does your car decelerate at a noticeably faster rate since this started occurring?

Not that I have noticed.

Tire wear is non existent, since I just put the snows on a few weeks ago...but I will check the summers.

Thanks for the suggestions, I try measuring tread depth on the summers.
