windshield wipers..

my passenger side wiper makes lots of noise... it kind of skips on the glass at the end of the wipe.. happens even more when the speed of the wipers are on a higher setting..

the noise is really annoying --- this happen to anyone else?

go buy new wipers.. the specs are 26'' driver and 15'' passenger for the 07+g sedans.. good luck trying to find a good quality 15'' wiper.. the only ones that have 15" are duralast and rain-x.

also.. clean your windshield with some solvent. it helps remove the dirt, grease, and anything else that hits your windshield

Is it a squeaky sound? I got that with mine and it drove me nuts, especially since the wipers wern't even a year old yet. Washed the car a few days after, cleaned the wipers cautiously, applied rain-x. Sound was gone next time I used them.

I got a set of frameless wipers from advance auto. Forgot name but they were the next step down(and much cheaper) from the icons. Work great so far. Had them for about 5k miles and about a month into the winter. No complaints yet. Got them when they were buy 1 get one. So i think i paid 23 for both.

Rain X will cause the water to clear off at speed. Zaino Detailing spray also does the same thing, I use it on my outside windows every time I dfetail the car. It works great.

+1 ^^^^^

I am on my original wipers with no issue at all. Best wipers I ever had. After 14 months. I think as it mentioned before all about cleaning the blade. If you keep it clean even when you don't have to use it it should lost longer then couple of months. Although I only have hot weather for couple of months. It could be the extreme hot weather condition.

Probably Rain-X, but don't use it in the winter, It will freeze on the glass as 1 big *** sheet of ice.

dunt apply rainx on ur glass it will screw up your wipers. try aquapel or silbead etc. i use rainx winter wiper fuild tho and its fine. but for some reason... traditional rain x and some wiper blades are a no no.
