I think the Zaino will stay through washing, but not through window cleaner. I've started just washing my car, then doing Z6 on all my windows as I'm doing the car with it post wash. Cleans and protects...so my bottle of Stoners has just been sitting there...no need to use it after wash and a shot of Z6.

 

Yes birds do suck,, but not as bad as bugs! and they practically hose off!!

 

Oh bugs I forgot about those little bustards. It is winter here we have no bugs. There is good part of the winter I guess.

+1 on Zaino Z6. I do the whole car including the windows. No problem with noise so far with this rainy weekend.

 

The Z6 does work great eh Terry. InTgr8r told me about using it on the windows a couple of years ago, and I have been doing it ever since. Just avoid doing your mirrors.

 

I've always waxed my windows and had fantastic results. I agree that Zaino also works well... Z-2 or the Z-6 Spray.

As for skipping wipers, it could be what's on the windows and not just an issue with the wipers themselves. I have never had an issue in the G, but the wife's 06 Acura MDX is a good example.
Brand new, the wipers worked great. I brought the car home and first thing, hit the windows with some Rain-X by the wife's request. The next time it rained, the wipers were skipping and jumping... drove me nuts!
I stripped the windshield and put a coat of wax on.... no more skipping.

Point is, it could be something on the window, and not just the wiper itself.
