Traffic Info - Can't Scroll Through All Listed

I'm stumped on accessing the second/third/forth etc pages of the Traffic Info screen. When the dealer sold us the car, the sales guy walked us through everything including the Traffic Info selection. Initially the button only shows up a few traffic info items (say 10 or less) so he tells us to go back and do it again and many more will show up, he explains its a simple glitch that with the work around (go back and redo the traffic info again) is no big deal. So he shows us how to go back (hit the back button) then sellect traffic info again and like he explained, now about 80 entries show up.

This glitch still exists and works with one exception. Once I reselect the Traffic Info button which then returns many more entries (80 for example) than on my first attempt (10 entries for example), I can only scroll through the first page. I've scrolled using the wheel, used the down arrow, etc but cannot access the remaining pages of Traffic Info. What's the trick? Anyone else have this glitch with the Traffic Info selection?

This is not a glitch, scrolling through screens whether it is traffic info or searching for local POI's is limited to 1 screen view until the car comes to a complete stop. You can then scroll down to the other pages.

It's a safety feature

Thanks 07G35Socal for the response. Man they are stingy! As if pushing one or two more buttons would have been any more hazardous than selecting the first 2 buttons to get to the Traffic Info page! All good though, glad to know it isn't a glitch.

Call Infiniti and complain like a lot of us did. the lockout is a bad thing. and give them low marks on the Infiniti & JD Powers surveys when those arrive after a few months.

BTW - Go to your phone book and you can scroll through the address book and make calls at 130MPH that's why I insist that the lockout is a bug and not intended to make the system useless... having to pull over to look for a gas station ?duh? might as well ask for directions while I'm stopped.

I think the entire XM NavTraffic service is a joke! They advertise coverage here, but after almost 3 months, I have yet to recieve one bit of information, I won't stay subscribed to XM Traffic once the trial expires!
