Maybe Ohio is different. I notice my local dealer in WA state says the following about Canadian sales:
There is an dealer fee of $895 for processing all documents, and preparing the vehicle for export.
The only additional fees beyond the purchase and delivery fee are:
Documentation Fee of $50.
Temporary Transit Permit Fee of $35 (temporary license to drive back home with).

EDIT: It also says this--->
With the signed paperwork, we also need an enlarged copy of your drivers license, a copy of your proof of automobile insurance, and a copy of a utility bill that shows your home address on it, so we can avoid charging you Washington State sales tax.
