Voice recognition commands for 07 sedan

I know my 07 sedan has it, I just dont know what to say to get it to work and what I can control with it. If anyone could walk me through this feature i'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks

It's all in the owners manual...just open up and read.

It's also here, which is a sticky for this forum, so it's always right there on the first page whenever you visit this forum...
