Missing Phone Voicetags
I thought there was a TSB to address voicetags being lost from the bluetooth phone system. (Phone Book)
I've dug around and also gone through the FAQ.

Anyone remember how this was addressed?

I have an appt on Feb 2 and the service guy has no idea what I'm talking about.
I'm supposed to call him in the AM with more info.
