Does everyone actually pay the $750 destination charge?

Ya you have to pay that fee, it is not something the dealer put into it, the mfg actually charges them a fee to deliver the car, not sure if it is really that high, but when you go to edmunds and look up the invoice the destination charge is still there.
You should be able to get invoice, I just bought a G lemme know what you are getting and I will let you know what I think, you can PM me if you want or just post it, I was looking for some time, I AM BY NO WAY AN EXPERT...

Invoice can be had, and the rates are great. do you own an infiniti now?? There is a 1000 on coupes if you do (but if you are like me, then the sedan is what you are going to want )
GL ... LOVE THIS CAR!! I look for reasons to drive it.
I went on a 800 mile trip and usually we rent cars for 60 dollars, and I drove my G instead.

I believe it is $715 right now, but everyone pays it. It's like a tax the manufacturer charges.
$715 isn't bad considering the G is made in japan and boated over here, then trucked to the respective dealership.
PM me for a quote

i look at the delivery charge as part of the price of the car. However, I don't care if I "pay for it" or not. You deal to your target price, and if the price you get on the car with the delivery charge fits what you're aiming for, great, if not, continue dealing or walk away . It's really irrelevant to me.

I currently have an 05 automatic G35 Sedan with Premium, Sport, and Aero packages and only 25,500 miles on it. I did a 39 month lease for it for $460 a month with 15,000 miles per year(.0021 MF, 59% residual). I still have 7 months left on the lease. However, I would like to trade it in on a lease for an 08 G35 Sedan Auto with Sport, Aero, premium and maybe the navi.
What do you think they will give me for the 05 G35 sedan? Wholesale right? Blue Book says $ 20,175 for trade in. However, the residual is $21,411.10. I will be turning this car in to the dealer in a few months anyway. I guess the dealer can take it now with some pretty ridiculously low mileage or they can get it in a few months after I have burned up 1-95 a few times and added an extra 15K miles to it.
Do you think the dealer will be willing to do the following things?
1. Give me more than wholesale for the 05 because it has such low mileage and is still under the factory warranty?
2. Take invoice for the 08?
3. Give me .0023 MF, 59% residual, 12K a year mileage, for a 36 month lease on the 08?
