Is the center arm-rest made of leather? The door area?

The center arm/console appears to be made of the non-leather material used on the non-seating surfaces of the seats. and the door panel material toward the top does appear to me a tougher style leather, but midway down toward the side of the arm above the arm rest (and the arm rest itself) don't appear to be leather - appears to be made from the same non-leather material mentioned before.

Kudos to Infiniti/Nissan for putting materials in the car that are of high enough quality that we are having to even ask whether its leather or vinyl.

They used to call vinyl pleather.

Wow the stuff is really high-grade. I always assumed the center console and upper door parts were real leather. Hell, they feel more real and better than the freaking seats.
