small accident!!! help!!!
ok... i got in to a small accident and my insurance cant do anything!!! wtf!!!!! so this is wat happened...
i went to wamu and parked my car on the street. i parked behind vw and went inside. when i came back out, i see a ford truck parked in front of my car. as i walk closer i see his rear bumper is on top of mine. so i looked closer and YES!! his rear bumper was on top of MINE!!!!! so i waited for him to come out and here he comes...

ME; "u hit my car bro"
HIM; "i didnt do it"
ME; "isnt this ur car"
HIM; "yes it is but i didnt hit ur car"
ME; "wat u mean u didnt hit my car.. ur bumper is on top of mine"

ME; "u sh!tting me??? vw was in front of me when i parked my car"
HIM; "no, ur car wasnt there. i think u hit my car"

HIM; "i didnt hit ur car man... i was in the bank for long time"

so i took some pictures since he drove away saying he didnt do anything wrong!! i called my insurance and they are saying since i dont have anything to prove that he "hit" my car im pretty much stuck with this deep scratch. all i have is picture of hit bumper on top of mine... so help me out here guys.

Something similar happened to a friend of mine. He called the police and the person was charged with hit and run and he got his car fixed and payed for by the other persons insurance. My friends car only suffered scratches as well but if you have his license plate number you might have a case.
should have called and reported hit and run ASAP
No matter who hit what you cant drive away. Cops would have got him and blamed him for everything.
He can do the same (call and report you as a hit and run) and it's gonna be all your fault.

You can still do it. Go out to town to the same place. Park on the street and call the cops. Tell them that guy hit you and drove off but you took this pictures.
You can see his plate on there.

i was thinking about reporting hit and run but my insurance said police will just look at the picture and think i could've been the one who hit his car u know, they said i would need a witness to win the case. i'll just stop by police station and see if i can still report it as hit and run.
a simple, "im freaking sorry, here is $100" would kept me cool but "u hit my car" freaking turned me into a hulk!!!!!!!!

Why don't you ask Wamu and see if they have a surveillance camera? Many banks have cameras in their parking lot. If you parked right in front of the bank, I'm pretty sure they have it.

He ran. That's criminal. Hit and run man. If you go to the same place and call cops from there and tell them the story. He's going doooooooooooooooooooooown.
If you would have hit him then he would have called on you. But if you call from the same spot it happened then there is no way anyone gonna think that it was you who hit him.

I have a ****ed up story too! It's so dumb.
I was at a red stop light and a truck came up behind and stopped. It was a windy day and this truck was carrying sheets of thin particle wood. A piece flew off and semi-land on my rear bumper, made two medium 5 inch sctaches.
I got out of the car and checked but found 'nothing' at the time and basically drove off. Tried Meguiar scratchX didnt work.
