It'd be a slightly easier to tell you if we knew what exact trim these vehicles are and what options are on them. I can kinda guess judging by the sticker price, but I'm not 100% sure. The prices appear fair, and just because they are on sale, doesn't mean they aren't up for further negotiation.

That is from Grubbs, I got that email too, I got my car from there at invoice (+ 200 ish) ... I would go in and talk to them... they are pretty good depends on who you talk to ... PM me and I will give you the guy i talked to... Their sales people are hit or miss, not all are good at pricing and service.

I would never trade in a car there, but if you have some sense you can sell it private party, i would rather sell the car for what they give for trade in and help someone out rather than give it ot the delaer and let them make so much money.

Agreed, in my situation I didnt have the time to sell myself on the open market and they tried to rake me over the coals. The other people got to me a little bit, just not as much

I'd also have to see the option lists to judge if they're good prices or not, but it looks like they've got some great deal on the FX35s... 5+K under MSRP is definitely a good price.... IMO.
