Suspension done right - Struts, springs, and camber/toe kits, and alignment. IMO, a nice drop will make your car look nicer than nice wheels alone ever can.

First of all, will any of these mods (intake, pop charger, springs) affect warranty? I'm pretty sure lowering your car affects the suspension warranty correct?

Do not buy intakes, they actually lose power.
You cant get an exhaust because a brand new one is above your budget
If you lower your car with just springs, you will begin to eat through front tires.

Honestly, what id suggest, is you save your dough and grab yourself a set of G37 19's. They bolt right up and look very classy yet sporty. They will also fill in the wheel well a bit more which allows you to wait a little till you drop your car, the right way.

OR, you could buy a used FI exhaust for under 900 and have about a bill n change left.

You literally read my mind. I looked into intakes and exhausts and read that it's mainly a sound upgrade. I think the car sounds good enough, don't want to waste a lot of $$$ to make it sound just a little better. I'm in the search for G37 or M45 rims. I'm pm'ing people on this forum who are currently selling them. Hopefully I can find a good deal.

Exhausts actually produce worthwhile gains, and the more aggresive note is an added feature. Intakes on the other hand, do not.

I'm a peformance guy.

DO NOT buy an intake or exhaust (unless you really really like the sound for some reason). You won't gain much power if any. If you want a louder exhaust, do a muffler swap (much cheaper and it'll sound the same).

Do the image mods.

Is it worth (cosmetic wise) the $$ to change the springs to get a drop, if I don't currently have enough $$ to buy new wheels, so I will be using the stock 18" wheels in the G35S?

And if yes, any recommendations out there for inexpensive springs? Thanks!

get lowering springs, save the rest for mods after more research. DON'T buy the Fujita... no heat shields = hot air intake FTL
