Alright guys I'm at a decision to either doing optic blue or yellow overlay film which would cost around $50-60 OR just get the headlights painted obsedian black on my G around $200. What I want to know if having a colored overlay would be illegal for my state (boston,ma) or all states in general. I searched online and seen a bunch of cars having it and i wonder if they've gotten pulled over for having blue/yellow overlays. Any of you G owners have a colored overlay film besides black? Did you get hasseled by the cops? thanks in advance

 

the blue may be illegal, but i'm not sure. I don't see a problem with the yellow overlay. But i think painting the inside of the housing would be the best look. And just buying regular flat or gloss black would be fine, doesn't have to be the exact color of your car. Do the bake method and a can of paint will cost you like 10 bucks....
