in some places in the US, 91 is the premium gas' octane.

Around here (and in North Dakota) ethanol is used to up the octane of premium gas. So the octane rating is higher, but gas mileage suffers. Ethanol sucks as a petrol alternative.

I just got my brand new 2008 G35x last week. I haven't had to fill up with gas yet. Do most dealers give you a full tank of premium gas? My car is ridiculous now, I wouldn't want it to change. Or can it get even better......hmmmm.

Yeah I don't think I would sweat it. If you think about it, the loaner cars at my Infiniti dealer are 07+ G35's and I can guarantee you not many people are putting 91 in them, when they return them.
