Anyone ever do this?

Today I jump in my "non-G35 sedan vehicle" (i.e. my Toyota Highlander) and searched for the ignition button (i.e. actually pushing where the button on the G is). No where to be found...then I realize I'm not driving the G and immediately wish I was. Bummer...anyone else do this and feel stupid!??! hahah

I have an Acura that I rarely drive anymore, but when I do I get in to hit the ignition. I think to myself...man...who actually gets their keys out of their pocket everyday anymore???Hehe

I do that with my wife's 05 FX. Its now annoying to take keys out of your pocket and put them in the ignition..

It's funny to me that this topic came up because just the other day I did this. I hopped into our 07 Odyssey (its the first time i drove it since i got my G) and reached for the start button. At the time I thought to myself, 26 years driving (only 7 months of that with my G) and I completely forget I need to use my key.

There have been countless times that I've gotten into my wife's Acura MDX only to get back out and go get the keys...

Listen to you guys. "Who actually uses their keys to start their car these days," "it's such a pain to take your keys out of your pocket and start the car."

What is this world coming to? All you G owners with your smart keys. You make me jealous.

I wish my G came with a push button start

I just walk up tp the non-G car THEN remember that I need a key to unlock it.
By that point I've already fished out the keys, so I remember to use then to start the car...

What a pain...

If that is the only thing I have to complain about, then I've had a good day...

I keep reaching for the paddles in any car that I drive... I end up high beaming people or starting the wipers.

I'll do that every time I jump in my wifes car. I also look for the opening buttom on the door and all other goodies.

My G/F mustang is an Auto so I keep searching for the clutch...LOL

Too bad the smart key for the G is not like the Mazda smart key. Theirs is flat (about 3mm) and shaped like a credit card so it never left my wallet...now that was convenience.

When I drive other cars, when I back out I stare at the dash board although I know theres no screen or backup camera...then I get annoyed when I have to actually turn my head to see whats behind me.

And to think I almost didn't get the tech package because I thought "who on earth would ever use a backup camera on this thing?".
