Sorry to hear bro. Is it just me, or do blue slate sedans get into the most accidents on this board. I remember seeing two others.

Damn man, sorry to hear that. Look on the bright side, it could always be worse. Heres what mine looked like after an 80yr old man decided he wanted to turn into me.

It was over $15,000 in damages and the bodyshop had the car for 2 months waiting for parts that were backordered. Being that the car is so new, everything had to come brand new from Infiniti. If you need a good bodyshop ill give you their info.
The car came out perfect. It drives exactly how it did when I first got it(which honestly surprised me). I even had an annoying rattle in the front that isnt there anymore! lol. Its like the car was never hit. Plus I saved 2 months worth of mileage on my lease.

What I find to be the most amazing thing of all is that you still take really nice pictures even when you're trying to show the damage some idiot did to your G.

As for what that lady did, I can lead the revolution for "drivers against dumb b**ches on the road" if you want. There are too many people in this world who think driving is a right when in fact it's a privilege.

Thanks for the support guys. Much appreciated.

I should be picking up my police report on Monday to start my battle with her insurance company. By the time I'll be done with them, they'll be sorry they even picked up the bitch as a client in the first place... I won't be surprised if they dump her altogether.

Speeed, can I give you some advice, that I learned the hard way? I don't know anything about you (age, temperate, or whatever), so maybe I'm way off.

But many years ago I was hit by an idiot in a parking lot, and got REALLY ....ed because it was clearly her fault, and she messed up a brand-new car. So I yelled at her, was bad-tempered about the whole thing - and the cop that arrived took her side, and wrote it as no-fault. Boom, I ended up paying for the damage to my car.

The situation isn't exactly the same, and again maybe you already know better. But be calm, and polite, and you'll get much better support from the authorities and her insurance company - ending up with a much better result for you.

Good luck!

Guys, respectfully, I've got to disagree with most of what I've read on this thread. G35N's comments make a great deal of sense.

First, there is no reason to cuss out the other driver. No point. No class. No helpful result can come of it. Keep your cool and consider switching to decaf.

Second, damning all women drivers is just silly. Plenty read the boards here and participate, too. I suppose if you had been hit by a dude, but with any given ethnicity other than your own, you'd be making a point of that, too.

I am sorry to hear what happened to your car. It's GOOD news neither driver was hurt. Please consider keeping things in perspective.

You make a good point and it isn't really fair to fault her for being female... she can't help that... J/K

Fact is though, for those of us who truely obsess over our beloved G's, I don't blame him for having a few "less than gentlemanly" words.

A lot of PEOPLE don't belong on the roads and NO it has NOTHING to do with being female.

As opposed to teenagers, old people, people on the phone, etc. It's not a gender thing.

And how is that NOT sexist? You have got to be kidding me? Dumbass drivers come in all genders, ages, ethnicities, etc.

I hope you are kidding because otherwise you are acting like an ignorant *******.

I wonder if your mom would like to hear that. At least you don't seem to specify women in general but let's not forget the dumbass guys out there as well - there are plenty of them.

Speed, I didn't see this earlier and I am SO sorry to hear what happened. I feel you completely on wanting to kill the bitch who hit you. I can see myself with a similar reaction. Hopefully you can get some money for the diminished value of the car and it won't take them long to fix it.

I have to say that it is a bit unnerving to see my babies twin with that kind of damage though. lol

I'm a lady (most of the time) and I appreciate you pointing out the idiocy of calling all women bad drivers BUT I don't think I would have had nice things to say to the woman either. LOL I am expecting she would have been able to look at me and know that she needed to shut up and get back in her car. Would I have done anything - likely no. Would I have wanted to do something - I'm thinking absolutely yes.

Thanks for the advice.

While those who know me WOULD consider me to be an intemperate person, I do consider myself also "somewhat" wise. At no point during the incident did I curse the other driver, nor did I raise my voice. In fact, as mentioned in my first post, I didn't even speak to her. I was so enraged that I figured I should I keep my mouth shut and don't say or do anything that may put me in jail My only question to her was why she backed out without checking her mirrors first... After hearing her reason "You must have pulled right behind me and I didn't even think there was someone there", I figured there was no sense in arguing with her so I just told her that I have nothing else to say to her, nor do I want to exchange any insurance information with her. I told her I will let the police handle that. In total, I exchanged 10 words with her and that's it. I knew better not to open my mouth or else it would have ended up really bad for me.

As for cussing out women in general and labeling them as bad drivers based on their gender alone - I didn't. My name calling for this particular individual had nothing to do with her genitals, but rather everything to do with her driving skills. It could have been a man for all I care and he would have been a plain ignorant skillless d1ck. Gender has nothing to do with my frustration. It's the lack of skills that drives me insane.
