Aggressive Styling- Mods

I’m now a proud owner of a 2008 G35XS. This is where I shift the gear from car buying to the more exhilarating car modding gear. If I do end up with some mods, it would be my first time, so I can use all the help I can get … here’s my wishlist.
1. I used to own a coupe and loved the roar of the engine... so my first mod should be something that gives a deeper tone to the engine's voice. What should I do to achieve this?

2. A more aggressive hood. Perhaps just an add-on hood scoop? My fear though is that it might interfere with the dynamics of the car... I’m even open to replacing the entire hood if necessary, but again will it affect the dynamics/handling of the car otherwise?

3. This baby has great bucket seats, really neat graphite leather. But lately I’ve been craving for a red/black combo sport seat... Initially I was thinking of seat covers, but then what happens to the perforations, the seat heater and all.... SO now I'm lost, is there anything I could do, short of replacing the seats, to get a dash of red on my cars interior(seats, steering wheel etc..)?

4. I love the styling of the coupe headlight(as well as the taillights) any way for me to get these swapped?? Has anybody been crazy enough to have any such mods done?

Id love to hear from you guys. I love the car, the acceleration, the supreme handling and all... but I still think it doesn’t look aggressive enough. Please let me know what you think of my wishlist items. If anybody has any pics of their mods(appearance), I'd be thrilled to take a peek.

1. Add intakes. Beware tho, they are not as efficient as the stock boxes, and you can lose power.

2. Please dont touch the hood. You will only ruin sh*t by replacing it with a poor fitting, tacky looking, rice-infested hood. The stock one is very beautiful and muscular. Nothing, and I mean Nothing fits better than an OEM hood.

3. No, there is nothing you can do. If you want a quality job leather replacement, that looks OEM, take it to a reputable upholstery shop. Dont cheap out on a 35K+ luxury vehicle.

4. No. Unless youre willing to do massive body work including molding and repainting, this cant be accomplished.

1. exhaust will do the trick, or you can get the CAI from stillen
2. please don't do a hood scoop...
3. you can get custom work done to your seats that would look great if you had the center part of the seats done in red alcalantra or something.
4. personally i like the headlights on the sedan better so i don't know what to tell you here

check out the sticky for aftermarket parts up above and you can google some of the parts listed. the last page has updated parts list, although the prices still needed to be updated/corrected which will be done later this week.

For the headlights and taillights, you can do some overlays that will make them look better.

Ive heard the overlays might have some legal issues, so i gotta check that out. I'd certainly like to look at some pics of cars with the overlays, any idea where i may find them here? Also, I was told by someone to concider the coupe midpipe... can someone tell me how this would affect my current stock setup- ie just adding the midpipe... will it give me a better sound...like the coupe's oomph..? I know that getting something like the catback exhaust system would be the best option, but concidering that I just had to put down a few thousand down on the car, I think I'd have to wait for any major upgrades.
Also, I think the 08 has a dual intake default, so I dont want to spend too much on that right now either.. so, essentially I really am looking for a cheap solution for the sound- something like the coupe midpipe, and some exhaust tips that compliments my current stocks proberbly...
I think ill scrap the hood scoop idea lol.. instead Im now thinking lowering springs.. and MAYBE just maybe a new set of wheels...

Thanks a lot for the replies guys..
