You are a brave soul...

I've had my G since Dec '06. Like yours, mine doesn't have a ding, scratch, dent, curb rash, or anything. It is truly in showroom condition.

Nobody has ever driven it but me. My wife doesn't drive it because she knows if she smacked it up, I would just immediately trade it in for a new one.

Nobody will wax, drive, wash, or in any way care for your car like you do.

HAHA We all feel the same....SCARED!

My wife has driven my G35 exactly twice since it was driven off the show
room floor. The first time I followed her (don't recall why) and it was less
than 2 miles. I'm about to install springs and with my body kit driveways,
speed bumps and parking lot stops will become a major issue. (even for me)
Just as well, she'll never sit behind the wheel of my car again....safer that
way!

Atleast now you have a better good reason to not let her drive, I tell people they can't drive mine because its too low, don't want them to mess anything up.

i let my wife drive my G whenever she wants. She doesn't have my direction sense (in fact her direction sense largely sucks) but she's a damn good driver.

Your thread inspired me - since it's a beautiful day in Houston, suggested to my wife that she take the G instead of the Sequoia. She enjoyed it, and it was cool to hear the pipes howl as she got on it heading out onto the main road

My wife has driven the G a couple of times. She's actually a good driver, but I'm still nervous as all hell. Luckily for me she doesn't really like driving it that much because I think it's just too much for her (she drives a Subaru Outback).

Of course, she is taking it for a day trip with her mother in law next weekend while I am out of town - now that calls for some prayers!

First time my lead-food wife drove our AMG by herself, I get a cell phone call:

"I like this car". and then total silence!

Of course I'm not one to talk, as I put a fist-sized dent in her 2 month old SUV by hitting a motorcycle helmet bouncing across the freeway.

Our G is my wifes car, so I only get to drive it from time to time.
