I pulled both door panels last week and my windows now have auto down but not auto up. I have to hold the up button until the window closes all the way.
Was it always this way or am I confusing my windows with my wife's CTS that does have auto up and down for both front windows?

 

pull the window level back a little harder. There will be another click and the window will go all the way up.

 

you need to reset the auto up. with your windows up (1 at a time) Push down for 5 seconds then pull up for 5 seconds, that should do it

in the event that the battery was unplugged for any reason, need to reset the switch

BTW, I never disconnected the battery but I did disconnect the door panels and the window switches in the door panels.
So if you remove your door panels, you will need to reprogram the auto up.
