I tried searching a couple of different word combos but since I can't quite remember the error message, I didn't get any hits, so this extreme newbie offers sincere apologies for posting a question that may have already been asked.

My update missing titles doesn't work. I downloaded the file from Infiniti.com. Went to the correct screen on my system. It wasn't grayed out. The file dowloaded to CF..and the file- export.something was on my CF card.

I started the program..browsed to my CF card...opened the export file and I get an error message saying something like, File can't be found or export file has no titles listed or something.

I am only using a 2GB CF card..and the site says it has to have at least 2GB of space..but it's only 2 Cds that came up blank so it's not even close to full..but I am frustrated because manually editing is a PITA!

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
