Can anybody tell me if locking lug nuts were a factory option? I bought the car used and it has locking lug nuts but no key and now of course I have a tire with a leak and need to get it fixed. I'm thinking the previous owner put the locking lug nuts on and didn't leave the key in the car because I can't find one.
Wheel locks came with my car. The dealer also gave me the original packaging. The wheel locks are made by McGard and the packaging says Nissan on it. Assuming you know the where the previous owner bought the car, you could probably give the dealer a call. Better yet, why not give the previous owner a call?
Locking lug nuts are a dealer installed or after market item, not a factory option. The ones my dealer installed were also made by McGard and came in Nissan packaging with a registration card. Assuming the original owner sent in the registration and assuming you know the name of the original owner (title history), you may be able to contact McGard (1-800-444-5847) for a replacement key ($14.99).
Good luck!

I bought the car used through a Ford dealer. I don't have any idea who the previous owner was. However, I will try the local Infiniti dealer. Thanks!
Similar experience - didn't realize my used G had the Nissan locks until I got it home. Found the key and original 4 lugs in packaging with the manual bag in the trunk. Doesn't sound like your original owner was very thoughtful....
