Notorious Passenger Seat Belt Reverberation Noise

Okay I took my car in Tuesday morning at 8am to get these "rattles" fixed. The maintenance technician rode in the car with me and I took him to some bumpy roads while we closely listened for all the rattles.

He told me I didn't have to flush out the heater core because my car isn't making that tapping noise. He did however, tell me that I would need to have the passenger side of my windshield tweaked. He told me, the way to test for this "rattle" is to powerbrake and you can hear it coming from the passenger side area on the lower part of the windshield.

As for the passenger side reverb sound where many of the members diagnosed it was the seatbelt assembly...he told me this is just the seat making a reverb noise and it is normal. It started making a reverb noise a lot once I raised the seat. The lower you adjust the seat, the less noise it makes.......weird. I still don't think its normal for the car to do that but I'm going to tighten the crap out of everything after I dynamat the car in a couple weeks.

Just trying to report my findings at the dealership.

What is the heater core flush for(besides the obvious)? These cars are too new. My car just started making a funny noise when I have the ac off. Like a tapping/ticking noise

My passenger seat rattle was from the seat belt assembly on the seat itself- i just tucked it "down" so it was stuck against the side of the seat and problem solved.

There's a service bulletin for a tapping noise at high rpm.

The fix is to flush out the silicone that's moving around in the heater core.

My car had this problem, the flush fixed it.
