From others I've seen..
There are usually other screws as well.
There's a template for marking out the holes.
There's also double sided tape along the edge.

 

I also thought there were a couple screws underneath along with the 2 sided tape. We will find out soon enough
You will need an extra set of hands to hold it in position and other than that I think it should be pretty easy to install. (another member here said he might give me a hand )

Any idea if the tracking page of your packages show the weight of the box? I'd really like to get the lip from riverside if I could know the weight of it since I would need someone from NY to ship it to me in Dubai.

 

Mine says 9 lbs

 

The UPS site says it's 9Lbs.
