Would be nice to know whether the convertible will have an AWD option. I may go for it then...

Kind of like how they say the G37 Sedan is getting the 330hp 3.7, right?

The M will get more than 303.

I hear ya man, soon the 09'ers will give it to us.
I was just assuming the generation of the VQ35HR would extend longer than 2 years in the G. But in all honesty, every G kicks ****, all generations, and I'm happy they're getting better, not worse, keeping Infiniti's rep up as a true performer.

and in Ontario's new retarded 50kph over/we impound your car law and classify you a street racer, how often can you even unleash the horses you already have?

I'm happy with my 300+ horsies

there's no reason for an all wheel drive coupe-- one for weight, two who would want a convertible that they will drive in the winter climates? most people who want a convertible will be for the warmer days or a sunday car

Great news.

Now what im really waiting for is more news about what Infiniti will throw the 5.0L V8. It's already on the FX...and the M50 is common sense. But will there be such a thing as an G50?

.

That's what I keep hoping for, so I'm not drawn to another car maker.

The M3 Sedan is overpriced as is the RS4, the C63 AMG only comes with a slushbox, the IS-F is auto-only as well and is too electronic-nanny-ridden, and Infiniti... well... offers nothing in the high-performance sport sedan department.

I don't think the G37 Sedan will be getting those wheels (unfortunately)... they're p-chopped-on G37 Coupe rims.

Here's what I think the Sport model 18" split five spoke wheels look like based on the press releases for the G37 Sedan in Europe...

With the traffic in this city almost never, I am curious to see if this car can now run to 60 in 5.0 seconds flat, although I doubt it will be able to.

Any news regarding if the car will get air cooled seats? I was in an FX 50 yesterday and absolutely loved this option.
