Low key / Subtle body kit for 2008 G35x

I have done an exhaustive search of the forum concerning body kits, but coming up empty on what I am looking for.

I am buying a 2008 G35x (non sport) and am looking for a body kit that is subtle like the OEM Sport option. I am buying a red G35 and my dealer cannot find one out there that has the Sport package. All I want is a small chin spoiler that I can apply to the existing front end. I don't want to replace the entire front facia. The same goes for the rear end, just something small that is attached to the bottom of the rear facia. I am planning on putting on the factory splash guards so I am not sure if I will need a kit for the door sills. It will depend on whether the front and rear spoilers make the car look weird without the side kits.

I know a lot of you are into the bold body kits and if I were a lot younger than 42, I'd be right there with you, but I use my car for business. All I am looking to do is make my new G35 look a little unique, but still subtle.

Again, I know there are tons of body kit threads on here, but I just can't find what I am looking for. Thanks in advance.

titan13qb,

That's exactly what I am looking for. Thanks for the pictures. Do you by chance have a side shot of the car so I can see how the front and rear looks relative to the door sills?

You can also get the front Chin Spoiler made by Nissan in Japan.
Here are a couple pics of the one we installed on my G35X

yea, on a red G, i'd get the nissan chin spoiler like GEE35X and the ravSpec rear spats, then i'd get blue bat's rear valence overlays and call it a day.... It'll make your car look more aggressive with out changing the overall look of the car

Thanks for the pics. This chin spoiler is exactly what I'm looking for. Where did you get it and how much did it cost? Did you have to paint it or did it come in the OEM paint?

I wonder if the ravSpec rear spats would look right with only front splash guards. Would it look more consistant if I just went with front and rear splash guards?

Robizzle, sorry, but like I said I'm 42 and not very fluent in texting abbreviations, what does FTW and FTMFL mean?

I purchased mine through Riverside Infiniti from Rick, they were excellent to deal with.. It comes factory pre-painted and with install instructions. It was a perfect match. The price and info is on this thread: Click Here for Info

Haha I apologize, FTW = for the win, FTMFL = for the mother******* loss. Just my opinion but none of the current lips or front ends for our sedans look like they belong there. For instance, the ravspec has those big gaps that you can tell it's aftermarket (which I guess is what you're going for), and the nismo looks big n bulky compared to the rest of the car. Plenty of people love 'em, just my opinion.
