I've never been charged and also I've never filled up the gas either. I even got given a porsche boxter to drive once too, that was nice. (the dealer i go to is Porsche, Infiniti, Volvo and MBz all in one spot)

Our loaners are free, and are included with any major service. (Oil changes do not qualify.)

Yep, mine dealer charges $5. Is it really a courtesy loaner when you have to pay? Anyway, I pay it because its not a lot of money. $5 to beat on a car that isn't mine, no problem. And the huge lettering on the back, Infiniti Loaner is so not cool but oh well!

I am yet to ask them, whether i would have to fill the gas up when i return the car or what? If i have to fill the gas up that's crazy. Also, ionly intend to use the car to drive to wkr which is about 15 mile one way.

this is what metro infiniti told me as well. I wouldn't expect a loaner for something small like an oil change, but it seems longo lexus will give you one now and then imp:. it helps that they're huge though

I had an oil change and some warranty work (nothing major) done recently. They gave me an '06 loaner sedan - no charge. It was pretty low on gas, but I just added $10 or so, about what I ended up using.

I never get that kind of service at the Honda dealership (wife drives a Pilot).

I rather pay $6.00 that have to stop to fill up the tank before I drop off the loaner. I have no problems with that.

No charge here at Major Infiniti in KC. Usually 1/4 tank of gas and they don't ask us to fill up so I enjoy the drive.

full tanks usually at ray catena in edison. if you bought the car from them you get a loaner for everything and anything (even oil changes), most appointments are usually within a few days at most.
