It looks like just a over kill.....I think if done from the clock to the cup holders would have been better than doing too much.. just a thought

With aftermarket dash kits, one has to be cautious. I ordered a dash kit from Ebay and it it did not have proper measurements. Installer went ahead with it anyway, to my great disappointment - and now I have washi sticking out in places. Would definitely recommend looking at the return policy offered for any dash kit - or try to obtain the OEM wood trim instead.

My kit is very similar to this one. It does NOT have the right fit, even though the vendor swore that everything was "laser measured." Make sure you measure yourself and have an option to return.

I really haven't seen a wood trim package that looks good like a factory install (well, at least from Lexus, Mercedes, and even some Caddys). However, the G35 coupe at the local dealer has some piano black trim inside that looks incredible! Don't know if that was a factory option...??

I believe the Piano black is OEM standard on the EX and others...the wood is the option with a package on those...not sure about the Coupe though

i say just get your stock ones painted...it'll be cheaper than an "authentic" dash kit which should run closer to $500-$1000...you can get those things painted however you like, this might be more of a final mod later on down the road for me...you can get it painted to look like carbon fiber and i'm sure it won't cost you too much
