Best place to buy air filters for 08 G35 sedan

I may be going to El Mirage to drive my car as fast as possible (legally). I have done this before with my old can and it is a blast. But you really should be some a new air filter to replace because of the dust. Where is the best place to get new air filter for our cars that are reasonable.

I would get cleanable one, but I don't wan't to void the warranty. So for now, just the standard paper ones. I know we have filters in our cars, right?

Rick at Riverside has what I have found to be the best price if you plan on going OEM.

Don't get anything from your local dealer! I found out the hard way!

You won't void your warranty if you use a drop in K&N air filter which you can clean and never have to replace. Also, even if you do a CAI, it doesn't void any warranty. Remember, any time you do something to your car, it must be PROVEN that the modification you made to your car caused the part in question to fail. The only thing a CAI could do is possibly (and I seriously doubt it...never happened to me) cause the MAF sensor to fail if it wasn't installed properly or is a crappy CAI you made yourself or something.

He's talking about running his car in a very dusty environment.
A K&N drop in (or any other oil-based filter) would be the worst thing for this scenario.

+1...I just glanced at it quickly and thought he was asking what the best air filter for his car was. If he's gonna race it in a really dusty place..yeah go cheap on the air filter.
