**what I don't get is how MW can be off by 7/10 of a second or so.
so its 5.2-5.5-6.2 0-60 depending on where you look. I know MW is always a bit conservative but, thats alot of error.

Do I need to say anything more?
Then people wonder why I look down so much on 0-60 times. People just don't analyze and understand what goes into that number.

Wow, I hope I can afford one of these when I ditch my '04 in a couple years. 2.5k RPM at 80mph and a chirp in 2nd in auto mode...7AT FTW.

80mph at 2700 RPM's should really help hwy mpg.
I don't get it. The 7AT has a lower final drive ratio than the 6MT, but at least according to the "computer generated, I wasn't in the car filming this awesome run," video by Mike, both the 6MT and 7AT turn at around 2600 at 70 mph. I haven't taken a quick run to 60 in my car yet, but damn that is a fast run for a G37 sedan.Originally Posted by darnelled

Yeah wow, I'm really looking forward to checking out the new 7AT. I was thinking of eventually replacing my car, and wasn't even going to test drive the auto, but I'm def going to rethink that.....
....eh probably not 6MT ftw.
