Trim piece on steering wheel

Does anyone else have the soft trim around the plastic of the tilt telescoping are start coming off???Mine looks like it has separated from the plastic that it's supposed to be attached to..which looks utterly cheap...

Those column trim pieces are easy to install. Mine have never come loose but if yours have, you can follow the instructions in the paddle shift sticky to reinstall them correct.

yeh, I know the soft piece on top of the cluster. It bugs me that it's lifting. I want to take it to the dealer for warranty, but I feel like I'm coming off as too picky.

It's the trim around the actual guage cluster, the soft material that stretches all the way accross the dashboard. It's not "attached" to anything on the guage cluster and has started lifting..my 10 yearold car has nothing that's lifting off of anything. And the stupid little coin section on the driver door with the rubber coating is like a lottery scratch ticket..wth were they thinking with this cheap crap.

It is too soft in the 07 and maybe some of the 08. I have harder trim in my late 08.

Maybe you can get a replacement.

But they never fixed the grill. I had less then 2k on my g and noticed already some pitting. I asked them to replace it as they did with my 07. It is in order and they will replace it under warranty as they did with my 07. When I told them my grill is kind of like my 07 was they never looked at it. They just ordered one.

I love my Infinti dealer/service.

the dealer guy told me that he tried changing on one of the other cars but it just came back, and the second time around it got worse ..apparently there's nothing actually holding those pieces together...
