If you're a DIY'er, you could just make your own. It shouldn't be too hard.

In fact theres a write up somewhere on this forum on how to do it.

had mine installed yesterday at my local dealer, Elk Grove Infiniti (CA). The dealer charged me $260 for the grill and emblem (my old one broke) and .5 hours labor. It looks good.

That's better than Riverside's price shipped, and you had it installed. Maybe I should ask my dealer before I buy it from rick

installation price was seperate and in addition to the parts. .5 hour of labor was $55. The whole thing cost me a total of $315 plus tax.

I'm still not feeling this Midnight Grill thing. It looks WAY too Altima to me.

I don't know if anyone else has noticed this or not, but the grill on the G already appears two-toned. The top and bottom blades on the grill seem to sit at a slightly different angle, which causes the center blades to look slightly darker when you look at the from the correct angle.
I've been on the road with another G behind me and I've noticed this more than once. The center blades seem to blend into the car more than the top and bottom blades, especially on the Blue Slate color.

I don't have any pics handy that capture this very well, but you can sorta see it here.

I'm on the fence with the midnight grill also. I do think it would look better with the top and bottom bars also in midnight black to make it different than the Altima.

Scott, your lip spoiler looks great

Thanks for explaining that. I have seen multiple Infiniti M's and wanted that exact look--a more subtle two tone. I didn't know I had it all along!!! Man, I ordered the Midnight grille and all I wanted was that subtle two tone with the center lines still metallic. Ah well, at least I didn't DIY and still have my OEM.

I was staring at your Avatar.... your car looks great too.

These lips made such an amazing difference in the overall look of this car.
I see a few G's on the road like mine, but none look as good. The lip is definitely one reason why mine stands out from the pack.

Sorry.... back to the grill...

Yeah, I'm not feeling the painted grills.

Now, show me a kit that changes everything from chrome to black chrome, and I'll sell a kidney to afford it.
