joedaddy, you're probably right. Though...I don't hate the rims like a lot of people on here, so I kind of figure its a lot of $$$ to get new lightweight rims just to replace something that is fine. Tires deff not though...just to save a pound to or two.

Mike are you driving or storing your car for the winter? I ask because your model comes with Summer Performance tires, does it not? I know Buffalo winters can get very brutal.
If you are driving it all year, you will need tires for the winter.

Driving the car in the winter...I'll have Blizzaks LM25's like on my Altima. Been very happy with them. We'll see how rear wheel drive does though!

Im sorry but teh 370z weigh's 3200. That 400lbs ligher then the 3680lbs Sedan.
Even though the 370z will have 1/2sec faster 0-60 times 4.9, and still have a 1/4 low 13sec car. And my freind that has a acura tl took 700lbs of his car this is the thread of everything he took of and intructions too it has 11pgs so better get comfy- http://tl.acurazine.com/forums/showthread.php?t=610974

did it still have a/c? or a driver's seat? glass windows?

Well the main stuff are in the first page. But he also removed his sunroof that was 50lbs and replaced it will carbon fiber filling whole gap in. And yes he has everything. Also removed the nav. And removed backseat, and got 2 front lighweight seats(racing).

Lol..your friend is well...out there. To each his own. I just going for a few lighter pounds here, a few more HP there. Just making it a tick or two faster than the average 328HP G37 LOL

So far he is making for whp then a supercharger at 7psi b/c that's all the TL can take. His car is a beast.
