Are Motegi wheels any good? I found these at a shop and really liked them>

they're cast wheels so thats a given. Are the stock Sport wheels cast or forged? how much do they weigh? I wanna know how much lb's i'm gaining/losing if i go with a certain wheel

They weigh roughly 23 pounds each. Obviously the rear is a little heavier then the front, but that's a good starting point.

i really hate the G37 wheels TBH. If i'm going to change my wheels, i'm going for something with a nice lip!

Not necessarily. A member weighed his wheels with tires on and the rears were lighter than the fronts. I'd guess the rear wheels are lighter than the fronts. Sure, they're wider, that's what's weird. Somebody mentioned something about the fronts having thicker sections of aluminum than the rears.

Actually that's where I got the numbers from. The final consensus was that tire wear was responsible for the rear weighing less then the front. Since the rears showed a lot more wear, and the tire part actually makes up a large % of the total weight, that makes sense.
