arm rest attachments for G35S?

That's totally cool. I wasn't really directing my comment toward you anyway as your statment of opinion was not trashing the op at all. Some of the others were really trashing him for even bringing it up. I for one would appreciate if an aftermarket or modified version were available.
I had the opposite problem in my 04 G35, with the arm rest too fat for me.
(started getting a sore shoulder)
Sometimes there are work arounds....
& I was lucky with my old 04, that the low profile arm rest from the coupe was a direct swap.
IDK if it's possible on the 2nd gen with your situation.
One alternative is to have an auto upholsterer re-work it for you & add some padding.
You'd be surprised what they can do.
