Replacing Windshield

Anyone have any insight on replacing a cracked windsheild? Got a quotes from auto glass installers for $385 and another for $250 installed, but dont know if there are any special antennas in glass or sensors that need special attention while installing. Not sure if I should go with the cheapest I find.
Is there any benefit to getting it replaced by the dealer with factory glass? Has anyone had any problems with aftermarket glass? I havent gotten a quote from Infiniti dealer yet but im sure its gonna be way more.
Its for an 07 g35x 4 door. Any info would be a big help. Thanks!

Thanks for the info everyone, got it replaced aftermarket $240. Looks great.
wmole- actually the windshield break was my own fault. I unfortunatley lost my temper and punched the rear view mirror. The mirror is fine but the point at which it attaches to the windsheild spider cracked into about a 1 foot circle. Needless to say it was pretty dumb, we should all learn from this. Don't play with matches!
