You should buy the TPMS sensor based on your vehicle model and year. If you buy the wrong sensor, then it may not communicate with your Body Control Module.

The wheel brand/style will determine what extra parts (if any) you need to buy to fit the TPMS. If you use an Infiniti wheel then maybe it will work fine alone. If you have a 3 piece then you may need to purchase a 90 degree adapter or some other adapter. Best is to ask the shop you are getting the wheel from.
