yea i think you and ian may be on to something...the diffuser "sticking out" is exaggerated from the close-up pics. i think if i took some rear quarter panel angle shots showing the whole car, it will look better proportioned...angles can do weird things to pictures Originally Posted by 2GoRNot2G

...like in the first set of pictures i remember some people saying that it looks like the edges were pointing down, but they were actually parallel to the ground...i know of a guy with a 2nd gen g sedan in the area without spats...maybe i can get him to take some pics of it on his car whenever they're readywith your suggestions, could some of you do a photoshop so i can better visualize what some of you are talking about...i'm going up there tonight to have my sways installed so i can try and make some last minute changes if need be...keep em coming guys, i want everyone to be happy with this product...i'm already happy with the way it turned out but it's always nice to improve upon designs

I wish I was decent at Photoshop, so I could show you what I was thinking... Anyone else.
Also, let me know what you think of the new sways... I'm curious to know what you think For me, they were by far the best mod I have done to the car yet.

That's what I don't like... the angle cut on the ends.
Maybe from another angle, it looks better... but this does not seem to follow the natural lines on the back end, spats or not.
I personally feel that it needs more rounding off.

^ ya i think Uga already said that the end edges will be smoothed out to make them curvy which should look nice!
alright guys, i appreciate all of your suggestions, and we made some last-minute changes to the diffuser to include the interests of our g35driver.com members...it should be about two weeks or so for the product to be finished...i will post pics of the piece when its on my car...till then, take care

Awesome. Thanks for the update, Paul. Any idea what this will end up costing, and when we can get one?

I don't have true cost prices yet, but I can see the prices being competitive to the blacktopaero products
as soon as the mold is made and i get mine wrapped in CF, i can start working with you on how you want yours...we were talking about having a few different styles since some of you want more ridges...i think there can also be different options in finish...i know for some of the members without any CF on their car it would look a little-off, so I think color-matching is a possibility on the upper part and CF on the under part (if that makes any sense lol)...or all matte black, or whatever's clever
He told me two weeks, but it may be earlier...they always have full project cars in their shop so time is a major constraint
