Exterior plastic sunroof lining cracked

The plastic lining around my sunroof has little cracks all the around it. Has this happened to anyone else?

There is a TSB on this I believe

TSB is for the lining what keeps coming off. But you can get it replaced under waranty for sure.

could it just be some wax stuck in the lining showing up as cracks? if so just use a mixture of rubbing alchol and water and wipe it off, then use some conditioner and it should be fine.
